Plants are shipped on a MONDAY or TUESDAY only.

Orders containing no plants will be shipped within 2 business days of payment.
Shipping Delivery Time frame (estimated only)
- EXPRESS POST - Within 2 - 5 days (rare occasions parcels might take longer)
- PARCEL POST - Within 5 - 9 days (rare occasions it might take longer)
- STANDARD POST - 5 - 14 Days
Once Plants are shipped, I am no longer liable, they are then with Australia post which I have no control over.
Quarantine States: (WA, NT & TAS) No.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to ship PLANTS to quarantine states.
If you purchase plants & you are located in a quarantine state, your order will be cancelled.
I can however ship to a concierge if you make arrangements.
Packages:

Plants are packaged & posted in their cups, pots or bare root wrapped in sphagmoss

Plants are packaged securely & boxes filled with appropriate padding.

Product packages will be packed with appropriate padding.
