At My Plantasy, every order is packed with care from Muswellbrook, NSW. Whether you’re ordering live plants, plant care essentials, or plant-themed goodies, we do our best to make sure your order is packed safely and sent out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and contents of your order.

Standard Post

 $4.99 flat rate — weight limited

Available for selected small items only, including:

Greeting cards

Bookmarks

Keyrings

Earrings

Stickers

Pins

Magnets

Mousepad etc

Parcel Post

From $10.95 (based on weight)

Available for eligible non-plant items only.

Plants cannot be shipped via Standard Post or Parcel Post.

Express Post

From $12.95 (based on weight)

Express Post is available for all products and must be selected for all plant orders.

Plants are sent via Express Post only

To help reduce time in transit and give your plants the best chance of arriving safely, plants are posted on Mondays and Tuesdays only.

If your order contains plants and other items, your full order will be shipped together on a Monday or Tuesday via Express Post.

While every effort is made to pack plants securely and carefully, some minor cosmetic damage, leaf movement, or travel stress may occur during transit.

Turnaround Times

Ready to ship products

Ready to ship products and ready to ship orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days, not including the day of purchase.

Made to order products

Made to order products, or orders containing made to order items, have a turnaround time of 1–3 business days, not including the day of purchase.

**Please note that dispatch times may be slightly longer during busy periods, product drops, sales, public holidays, or peak postal periods.

🕓 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

Australia Post states that Parcel Post generally takes 2–6 business days within Australia, and Express Post generally takes 1–3 business days. Delivery speeds can vary depending on lodgement, destination, and whether the parcel is travelling within the Express Post next business day network. Australia Post also provides a postage calculator for more specific delivery estimates by postcode. 

📍Please note these are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, peak periods, rural or remote locations, weather events, and network delays outside of our control.

⚠️Quarantine Restrictions⚠️

Due to quarantine and biosecurity restrictions, live plants, soil, and other live materials cannot be sent to Western Australia, Northern Territory, or Tasmania.

Quarantine states: WA, NT, TAS

Any products with shipping restrictions will generally be specified in the relevant product listing.

If an order is placed for restricted items going to a quarantine state or territory, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

All parcels sent with Australia Post can be tracked using the tracking information provided.

If your parcel is lost, delayed, marked as delivered incorrectly, or delivered to the wrong address, you will need to contact Australia Post directly to lodge an enquiry. As the recipient, Australia Post may need to speak with you directly, and we are unable to call or lodge enquiries on your behalf.

Once parcels have been shipped, they are in the hands of the postal carrier and are no longer within our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied and your parcel is returned to us, additional postage charges may apply to have it resent.

Local Pick Up

Local pick up is available by arrangement.

Please select Delivery at checkout, then contact us to arrange collection.

As My Plantasy is run from home, our address is not publicly displayed on the website. Pickup details will be provided once arrangements have been made.
